Measure the opening, not the metal.
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger on the same hand.
Lay it flat. With a millimetre ruler, measure across the centre from inside edge to inside edge .
Repeat the measurement, then compare it with the chart below. For example, an inside diameter of 17.2 mm is approximately EU 54 .

I don’t have a ring to measure
A jeweller or a ring sizer can help you find a comfortable fit. For a rough estimate at home, wrap a narrow strip of paper around your finger, mark the overlap and measure the length in millimetres. Keep it snug without squeezing, and check that it can pass over your knuckle.
Measure at the end of the day with your hands at a normal temperature. Wider bands can feel tighter. If you are between sizes or unsure, ask for help before ordering.
