To find your ring size, wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length. Compare the measurement with a ring size chart to find your fit. For best results, measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.

I usually leave a gap of around 4 mm, which fits most ears. Ear cuffs can be gently adjusted.
