Please be aware that we hold very low stock, most of our styles are made to order! This means 2-4 weeks delivery time depending on the chosen design. Please get in touch if you have an urgent delivery request, would like to know which items are in stock or if you would like to book an appointment in our studio in Berlin.

Once we have finished your order, we will naturally dispatch it as quickly as possible. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock. 

In the case of return or exchange of a product, please get in touch via mail@youcancallitjewellery.com. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, the shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend insuring the return delivery as it is the costumer’s liability. Customer pays return shipping costs. If the item received is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.
